Punch for Purpose

Building Confidence One Punch at a Time

Punch for Purpose is The ComboFlex Foundation’s adaptive boxing and fitness event series created for children with mobility disabilities.

Each event provides a safe, welcoming environment where participants can move at their own pace, develop new skills, build confidence, and experience the excitement of boxing alongside supportive coaches, volunteers, and families.

No previous boxing or athletic experience is required. Every activity can be modified to support each child’s abilities, mobility needs, and comfort level.

More Than a Boxing Workshop

Inclusive for Every Ability

Confidence Through Movement

Designed for school-aged children with mobility disabilities, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, CMT, and other physical or neuromuscular conditions. Participants using wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, AFOs, or other mobility equipment are welcome.

Punch for Purpose goes beyond physical activity. Every drill is an opportunity to build confidence, coordination, independence, resilience, and self-belief while helping children discover new ways to move and challenge themselves.

Adaptive Boxing & Fitness

Progress Looks Different Here

Children participate in modified boxing fundamentals, strength and conditioning, defense, reaction, balance, mobility, speed, and timing activities—all adapted to meet each participant at their individual ability level.

Success isn't measured by one standard. It may be learning a new punch, maintaining balance longer, participating independently, or simply trying something new. Every achievement matters, and every ability is celebrated.
